Barbecue season is getting close! Don't forget August 25th! Mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Smoke on the Water! Great food and great entertainment everything is coming together! The entertainment this year is being sponsored by Maloney's Pub (Thank You!) We are up to 13 competitors now! Remember only the first 20 to register will be able to compete so get them in for a chance to walk away with bragging rights and $2000 in total Prizes that can be won, courtesy of the Steuben County Veterans Memorial (Thanks Folks!!)! We are currently looking for more sponsorship for the event. We have sponsor packages available. Tastings this year are going to be formatted a little differently. We are going to try a central tasting area, tastings are going to cost $5 a ticket for 20 tastes. There is also talk of Fan Favorite category(Cool!)!! Also 20% of the proceeds from the tastings are going to be donated to the Town of Urbana Youth Summer Rec Program! This will also be posted in the BBQ Competition Link on the left with an update on confirmed teams. I think I've said enough. Oh Yeah! Competitors Meeting August 5th at 2 PM!!
